Add on Sponsorship for Conference T-Shirts to include the TGFOA Logo along with Sponsor Logo and Conference Year. Must have purchased Silver Sponsorship or above to be eligible for this add-on sponsorship.
08 - Add On Sponsorship: Conference Lanyards – $2,500.00
Add on Sponsorship for Conference Lanyards to include the Sponsor Logo on Lanyards. Must have purchased Silver Sponsorship or above to be eligible for this add-on sponsorship.
09 - Add On Sponsorship: Power Banks – $2,000.00
Add on Sponsorship for Power Banks for Conference Charging. Must have purchased Silver Sponsorship or above for this add on sponsorship to be purchased.
10 - Add on Sponsorship: Hotel Parking – $1,500.00
Add on Sponsorship for Hotel Parking to be paid by sponsor and recognized as sponsor payment for hotel parking charges for all attendees. Must have purchased Silver Sponosrship or above for this add on sponsorship.
11 - Add On Sponsorship: Headshots – $1,500.00
Add on Sponsorship for Headshots to be taken for conference attendees. Must have purchased Silver Sponsorship or above for this add on to be purchased.
Networking Event (TBD) – $3,500.00

2026-2027 Annual Sponsor Information

The Tennessee Government Finance Officers Association thanks you for your interest in our organization and continued financial support. You are invaluable in helping TGFOA accomplish its mission.

There are multiple registration types and ways you can sponsor/exhibit/support TGFOA through your registrations. Please choose carefully the one that fits your Organization's needs. Once registered, please submit to TGFOA your Logo and ad if included in your Sponsorship type. TGFOA will also follow up with you about booth selections based upon the sponsorship level you select.

TGFOA will be accepting all sponsor payments electronically. Our online registration will provide specific information regarding payment by electronic check, credit card, or debit card. Physical checks will not be accepted.
