2026 TGFOA Fall Conference
The Tennessee Government Finance Officers Association’s Annual Fall Conference will be held over three days on September 30 - October 2, 2026.

We expect 500 or more finance officials from state and local governments throughout Tennessee to attend the conference, which is the primary professional and educational gathering of government finance officials in the state.

Evaluation Survey:
The evaluation survey will be sent to the email provided during your registration process. Please allow time following the Conference as all information must be loaded into the application software.
Parking:
The Embassy Suites now has paid parking for Registered Guests. However, the cost of the parking has been paid thorugh sponsorships and no additional parking is to be paid by attendees. The Embassy has its own lot adjacent to the building.

Disclosure: If you register as a nonmember, you will pay nonmember registration rates with no refunds issued for later becoming a member.
TGFOA Refund Policy:
There will be a $25 administrative fee for all cancelled reservations. In order to receive a refund, a request must be received by September 15, 2026. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after September 15, 2026.
In lieu of a cancellation fee, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. Please contact TGFOA to request the transfer or refund.
Check Payments:
We have now integrated an electronic check payment processing system. If you are paying by check, when you register, select "Invoice Me" as your payment method. Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email with a link to process the payment with a check. TGFOA WILL NOT ACCEPT CHECKS MAILED TO TREASURER.
You will still be able to login to your account and pay with credit/debit card.
