This is to all of the small towns that don't have group insurance, or the ACA health provisions.  Suggestions from big cities would work too.  How do you keep from paying FIT and FICA for the employee and the employer?  There has got to be more cities than mine that are running into this problem.  I did not even know until last month that the employers had to pay taxes on the premium payments.  Any suggestions out there on what we can do with this issue?  I am desperate!!!!!!!
